The Mathis Economic Development Corporation is proud to congratulate Ms. Lara, owner and operator of House of Gainz, as a recipient of our Facade Grant.
Located at 114 East San Patricio Suite B, Mathis, TX, House of Gainz is a 24/7-access gym serving the Mathis community with selectorized machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and on-demand fitness. The gym also offers regularly scheduled HIIT classes, chair yoga, and Qigong classes and private training, fostering a welcoming, results-oriented environment for all fitness levels.
Since its opening, House of Gainz has become a cornerstone of health and wellness in Mathis. The recent improvements supported by the Facade Grant enhance both the aesthetic and accessibility of the business—contributing to the continued revitalization of our local commercial corridors.
